  Cancellation (congress fee and social programme)
  
  Malmö Kongressbyrå AB (MKAB) only accepts written cancellations by post, mail or fax. Cancellations made before 3 months or earlier will be refunded with 90% of the registration fee. Cancellations made prior to 5 weeks before the kongress will be refunded with 50% of the registration fee. After this date no reimbursement will be made.
  Important: reimbursements will be made after the congress.
  
  Cancellation (hotel)
  
  In written to Malmö Kongressbyrå AB. To cancel a hotel reservation it must be MKAB at hand five weeks before the congress. When cancelling after this date and the hotel is able to sell the room to another guest, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. But if the hotel does not succeed in selling “your room” you may be debited for the late cancellation. The latter is not a common outcome. Hence, if you need to cancel, do it as soon as possible to MKAB and not to the hotel. The hotel receives your name just a few days before the congress.
